DUI Intervention Program

All DUI offenders are required to attend DUI School, have a clinical evaluation and complete any treatment recommended by the evaluator. The DUI Intervention Program implements Georgia DUI laws pertinent to clinical evaluation and treatment. DBHDD writes rules and implements procedures to interpret and enforce laws passed by the legislature. This includes setting criteria for qualified clinical evaluators and treatment providers.
