How Do I Access IDD Connects?
IDD Connects is an innovative, web-based IDD Case Management system that allows you to submit and track applications, view and monitor an Individual’s service utilization, view, search and download documentation. IDDConnects is easy to use, secure, and available 24/7.
First Time Accessing IDD Connects
The user must go through ProviderConnect the first time to register their ProviderConnect information before they can access the IDD Connects system. Once logged into ProviderConnect, they will click the link for IDD Connects and will be asked to register their user information. Once registered, they will then be redirected to the IDD Connects portal where the user will be prompted to set up their IDD Connects account.
