Effective 1/1/2026, DBHDD has the authority to license Adult Residential Mental Health Programs (ARMHPs), Community Living Arrangements (CLA), Drug Abuse and Treatment Education Programs (DATEP), and Narcotic Treatment Programs (NTP).
