Constituent Services

To file a complaint, present a compliment, or make a request, recommendation, or inquiry, please visit DBHDD’s Office of Constituent Services.

The DBHDD Office of Constituent Services serves as a point of contact for the people we serve and their families, advocates, legislators, and the general public. We are here to answer questions, address complaints, and help you access DBHDD services. Our goal is to be accessible and responsive to your needs and identify areas that need improvement.

Provider Issue Management System (PIMS)

For all provider-related questions, please submit them to your Provider Relations Team via PIMS. This system was designed to capture, track, and resolve issues submitted by our network of providers in a timely manner and to give providers a consistent and predictable resolution pathway for questions when seeking assistance.

Employment and income verifications may be required when applying for a mortgage, or loan, for reference checking, leasing an apartment, or any other instance where proof of employment or income is needed.  The individual employee is responsible for authorizing the release of this information to the verifying organization. It is the policy of DBHDD to protect the privacy of each employee.
