MANDATORY TRAINING: Reporting & Investigating Deaths & Critical Incidents in Community Services, Policy 04-106, E-Learning Course

This training course is MANDATORY for Community Behavioral Health Providers and Developmental Disability Providers.  Each provider should ensure that the following staff completes the course before the December 1, 2017 deadline. 


  • Senior Executive Manager (as defined in Policy 04-106)
  • Staff who take calls for a provider
  • Staff who are responsible for entering critical incident reports in ROCI
  • Risk managers
  • Quality managers and those who oversee a provider’s quality improvement program
  • Support Coordinators and their supervisors
If you are a provider staff with an existing Relias account through DBHDD you can access the course using the link below.  You may contact your agency’s DBHDD Relias Supervisor/Liaison to have them create an account if you do not already have one.

Please join us for our annual information session. This webinar is designed to provide an overview of the expectations related to Tier 1, Tier 2 & Tier 2 Plus Provider Standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as outlined in DBHDD policies 01-200 and 01-230.  Each year the Division of Behavioral Health reviews the expectations related to standards and KPIs for providers enrolled with DBHDD to provide Non-Intensive Outpatient Services, also known as the Core Benefits Package, for our target populations.

Two live webinars will be provided (Wednesday, July 24th and Tuesday, July 30th from 1:00 -3:00 pm). “PARTICIPATION IS REQUIRED FOR ONE OF THE SESSIONS”. (Please sign up to attend 1 session only, as each session will cover the same information).
