Patryk Bielecki
Legislative Affairs and Constituent Services, Director
Patryk started as a Legislative Assistant at DBHDD, demonstrating skills in legislative analysis, research, and stakeholder coordination. He advanced to Legislative Liaison, where he played a key role in analyzing and summarizing impactful legislation and coordinating meetings for DBHDD staff and stakeholders.
In his current role, Patryk oversees team-based initiatives, budgetary presentations, and policy development. He leads a team in tracking legislative activity, ensuring seamless transitions from policy proposal to implementation. Patrick is also responsible for maintaining effective communication with legislators, advocating for the department’s interests, and providing strategic guidance on legislative matters.
Patryk obtained his undergraduate degree from Clayton State University, where he also completed his Master of Public Administration. He resides in Gwinnett with his girlfriend, Alliyah, and their three bunnies.
