DBHDD Releases Notice of Intent to Award for ASO Services

In March 2014, DBHDD released the request for proposal (RFP) to procure the services of an administrative services organization (ASO). The goal of the ASO is to improve access and quality through a consolidated contract to support both behavioral health and developmental disability services. DBHDD has now posted the Notice of Intent to Award (NOIA) associated with the ASO Procurement.

It may be found at:  http://ssl.doas.state.ga.us/PRSapp/PublicBidNotice?bid_op=144410044100-DBH0000433

It should be noted that the Notice of Intent to Award is the state entity’s official public announcement of its intended contract award to the identified apparent successful supplier(s). Once the NOIA is published, the protest filing period begins, and no contract award may occur until after at least 10 calendar days have passed from the publication of the NOIA. In the event a protest is received during the 10-calendar day filing period, the contract award may be delayed.

As the procurement process is still underway, please defer all questions or requests to comment to Ira Collymore.
