 bility\n\nThe "New" PD Representative (Employer of Record) is the person w
 ho will:Hire Participant-Direction staff and/or service vendorsSupervise a
 nd manage staffApprove employee time and vendors service invoicesEnsure wa
 iver rules and followedBe legally responsible for Participant-Direction se
 rvices\n\n*If you are not the person who will serve as the "New" PD Repres
