Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Provider Enrollment Forum

DBHDD and the Georgia Collaborative ASO invite you to attend the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Provider Enrollment Forum to discuss the enrollment criteria and process for potential providers on July 17, 2015. DBHDD and the Georgia Collaborative are seeking providers who will provide services for individuals with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities. Preferred providers will have the capacity to deliver services to individuals who: 1) require supports for significant medical issues; 2) require supports for behavioral health conditions; or 3) require supports for dually diagnosed conditions.  

Additional Information: For detailed information on the recruitment and application process and pre-qualifiers, please read the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities policy titled Recruitment and Application to Become a Provider of Developmental Disabilities Services, Policy # 02-701 available in DBHDD PolicyStat.  Also, the service definitions and provider standards can be found in the Provider Manual for DD Community Providers. These documents should be reviewed prior to attending the forum.

Please note: This forum is targeted for potential new providers of Intellectual & Developmental Disability agencies, and participation is mandatory. Current providers are not required to attend as the information is specific to potential providers only. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing an agenda along with meeting details.
