A component of the Drug Don't Work Program is the Parents@Work program. Since employers have a vested interest in helping their employees prevent family substance abuse. Many human resource and employee assistance professionals believe that employees who have children with substance abuse problems are more likely to suffer from decreased morale and productivity. The Parents@Work program, a component of the National Youth Anti-Drug Media Campaign, was developed to reach parents where they spend much of their time - at work.
