2017 Behavioral Health Symposium

DBHDD LOGO-LARGE 2017 FINAL-01.jpg

The 2017 Behavioral Health Symposium is intended to benefit all organizations that currently contract with DBHDD’s Division of Behavioral Health.  Both symposium days present a mixture of plenary sessions and presentations (designed as workshops or panels) which are organized into four (4) tracks: clinical, leadership, prevention, and recovery.  The presentations address best practices in treatment, and prevention as well as emerging research related to child, adolescent, and adult mental health and addictive diseases. The pre-symposium focuses on prevention topics only.  National and state subject matter experts are carefully chosen to help achieve the following Symposium purposes: awareness, cultural competency, learning and networking, and skill building.

Certificates of Attendance will be offered for the Pre-Symposium, Symposium Day 1 and Symposium Day 2, without specification of learning tracks or workshops attended.

NOTE: Professional ethics obliges those who will be accessing Continuing Professional Education contact hours (“CEUs”) to be in full attendance for the entire day, including all plenaries, workshop, and lunch sessions, and to provide an evaluation of the Symposium (available on-line October 15–November 5, 2017).

October 15–November 5, 2017, printable Certificates of Attendance (with CEU credit approvals) will be available on-line at http://mtsreport.com/bh/17

Once inside the evaluation website at http://www.mtsreport.com/bh/17, you will be allowed access to an evaluation for each day of the Symposium for which you were in attendance.

After you complete and submit an on-line evaluation at http://www.mtsreport.com/bh/17, you will be allowed access to a printable Certificate of Attendance for each day of attendance, which will include all applicable continuing education contact hours that have been approved by issuing entities.
